JUKI DDL 5550-06 noise when foot pedal is pressed

I recently picked up a JUKI DDL 5550-06 and it’s making a beeping or high pitched noise whenever the foot pedal is pressed. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this. Video of the noise can be heard on this post

To me it sounds like a motor bearing squeal but it is a hard to tell from the video, to short a time where I could here hear the noise.
