Billy P Report post Posted February 2, 2007 I hadn't used my scanner since the early part of January. I went to scan a design, that I wanted to enlarge for a project. When I hit the scan button it would not scan to the computer, it will copy, print from the computer, and I guess do every thing else it's supposed to do. What could have changed? When I usually hit scan, the HP Image Zone Plus opens and it scans to that, then I can enlarge or reduce as needed. I haven't changed any settings, at least that I know of. Regis Report post Posted February 2, 2007 1. check connection to pc 2. turn scanner off for 30-45 seconds and then turn on. ...should hear beep/sound on your pc when you turn on/off 3 if those don't work, you'll probably have to re-install (software) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dsenette Report post Posted February 3, 2007 if it's an HP all in one...there should be an icon in the system tray for the printer (near the clock)...you can right click on that and choose the settings menu....check all your scan settings...i've had a few at work that will just forget where they're scanning to Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
