Greetings fellow stitchers !

I have an incredible Seiko TH - 8B which I use for heavy canvas work. I need to find a set of feet for it but parts are tricky to find and very expensive here in the UK. Does anyone know if the feet for a Seiko CH - 8B would fit ? I believe it’s the same machine but in cylinder arm form. CH - 8B parts seem easier to find and a•whole lot cheaper !

Thought I’d reach out and ask the question before I go putting in any orders

cheers !

Uses Singer style feet.  Your Seiko just like Consew 206 machine.  Any Singer 111 style feet should work.

Thanks for the reply. It’s different and much bigger than a consew 206..

it’s not a seiko Sth-8bl.. I do have one of those though! It’s a Th-8b.. the same as a Ch-8b but a flat bed version. I know there is an Adler similar but I doubt that would be the same part

oh hell.  That is like the Consew 746 but a flatbed version of a 441 style machine.  Different feet though.      You would have to contact Seiko or Consew to see what feet are available.  I do not think 441 feet will fit.

The Seiko was the same as the Consew 757R-1 I believe.  Consew later replaced it  with the 757R-3 .  Different feet.  The feet that came on the Seiko SH-8B same as on their older flat bed.  The only feet I can find are the 28472 and 27471.   To make a left or right toe foot will mean remove toes and grinding the feet.  I could find no other feet for that model machine.

Try these Consew numbers:  #22859, 22860, 4410143800, 471015100.  Good luck!

Hi, first time to post on here. I read this post and wondered if you were successful to use CH-8B presser feet on the TH-8B machine? I recently acquired this Singer 45B8Bt off ebay with a low ball offer of £260. The machine was made by Seiko (basically same machine as TH-8B). After tidying up and replacing the clutch motor with servo & speed reducer, I'm really pleased with the machine sewing leather. The presser foot is huge though so it's difficult to be precise close to edges, I want a second foot to grind away the right hand side. But the price of a new TH-8B foot set is more than I paid for the machine! Generic CH-8b feet are available at a much more reasonable price, but I guess there are some differences because they are different part numbers to the TH-8B feet. Are they the same height?
