While  setting my consew 225 hook timing i losen the screws on hook timing gear and started lightly tapping with hammer with wooden block and the whole shaft moved. It will move left and right about 1/8" to 3/16"

What do i need to adjust to stop the driving shaft from moving?

Thanks for any help on this. Charlie

I have watched that video. My problem is the whole driving shaft is moving side to side about 1/8" while moving the big gear. Not sure how to eliminate this.
