Beeswax for sealing fiebing's pro dye

I made a motorcycle leather bag and tried to seal the leather dye using beeswax-EVOO (40-60) to accomplish waterproofness beside sealing. (With heat gun)

No success in sealing. Dye continues to rub off. Waterproofness not on desired level. 

Used resolene after that but resolene has only medium water resistance. A motorcycle bag needs heavy waterproofness.

Finally I used industrial 3M spray in 3 thin layers with great success.

Is there any other way to avoid chemicals?

I know what you mean about dye rub off and beeswax.  I sometimes seal edges with hot beeswax using a heated edge iron.  When I buff the edges with canvas the dye rubs off on the canvas.  It does seem that the hot wax solubilizes some of the dye.  I usually go over the waxed edges with Tokonole to add a bit more shine and that seems to stop the rub off.

This is a leather conditioner rather than a sealer.  Need a good water based or lacquer based finish.  Too thick an application will crack.

Most finishes will not stick to wax, grease, oil based treatments.
