HIS ALIBI IS THAT HE HAS CANCER AND IS DYING. HE KNEW THIS WHEN HE TOOK THE ORDER SO IN MY BOOK THAT MAKES HIM A SCAM ARTIST. I HAVE WESTERN UNION RECEIPTS AND EMAILS TO BACK UP MY STATEMENTS.
