Members WaG35 Posted February 21, 2008 Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 that should definately do the trick. Nicely done. Stitching looks graat. Quote
Contributing Member Regis Posted February 21, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted February 21, 2008 Very nice. Did you put any finish on it? Quote
Members rsg3 Posted February 21, 2008 Author Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 just leather balm w/ atom wax on the dyed part, nothing on the rough out Quote
Members BOOMSTICKHolsters Posted February 21, 2008 Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 Very nice, RSG3. You might round the edges of the snap loops next tie so they don't wrinkle prematurely, but that is a good lookin holster. Keep up the good work (and keep posting pictures of it ). Quote
Members jt1 Posted February 21, 2008 Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 (edited) rsg3 - Now that is a very nice holster, you did good. I agree with Jeff about rounding the edges of the snap loops, but it looks great. How about a few more pics from different angles. Edited February 21, 2008 by jt1 Quote
Members rsg3 Posted February 21, 2008 Author Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 Hey thanks for the advice and the comments. I don't quite understand about rounding the edges, do you mean cut the ends of the straps round where the snaps are ? sorry, i'm not sure what you mean, i'm kinda dense sometimes. Quote
Members BOOMSTICKHolsters Posted February 21, 2008 Members Report Posted February 21, 2008 Yep, that's what I meant. It's never really good to leave any sharp corners on a holster. They either poke at you or wear out too fast. Quote
