Members ben27 Posted September 24 Members Report Posted September 24 Hi All! I am trying to bring a pfaff 138 back to life. The bakelite dial is cracked and I would love to replace it with a fresher, intact dial. I cannot find anything online. Any help to point me in the right direction is appreciated! Quote

Members Constabulary Posted September 25 Members Report Posted September 25 (edited) I guess you mean the stitch length dial knob. I think I have a metal one here, I´ll check that later.... Or do you mean the Zig Zag knob? It is the plastic or bakelite knob that is broken (this image is from the net) Quote
Members nejcek74 Posted 2 hours ago Members Report Posted 2 hours ago I think the machine was produced till late fifties. Similar knob was also used in 238 but not in later 438. Such parts are not available any more, if you are lucky you can find sometimes something on ebay. Otherwise, just glue it together. I did this with the one I stupidly broke when cleaning the machine.
