Details: Leather: 7-8 oz Dye: Fiebings Chocolate Top Coat: Resolene All dyes and top coats were applied via airbrush. All comments/suggestions/critique welcome. Quote
rhall Posted February 5, 2009 Report Posted February 5, 2009 Good looking gear..I really like the slim line mag pouch, the way you rolled the single piece of leather up to make the back! Quote
Members carbon Posted February 6, 2009 Members Report Posted February 6, 2009 (edited) did you do all the stitching first and then form or did you do the outside stitching then form it and then do the stitching closer to the gun as you can probably tell i'm pretty much a rookie Edited February 6, 2009 by carbon Quote
Members ArcherBen Posted February 6, 2009 Author Members Report Posted February 6, 2009 I stitch the throat band and tunnel loop before the leather is folded over on itself. Then I glue and mold the holster before stitching the main body. Once the holster is molded, I then stitch the main body. This allows me to get my stitch lines nice and tight to the gun. Quote
