Members cheff1983 Posted February 8, 2009 Members Report Posted February 8, 2009 I was putting edge coat on a strap and it got on the face of the strap instead of the edge. Is it possible to get the black off the leather without damaging the leather. IF so with what? thanks for the help. Quote
MADMAX22 Posted February 8, 2009 Report Posted February 8, 2009 (edited) I was putting edge coat on a strap and it got on the face of the strap instead of the edge. Is it possible to get the black off the leather without damaging the leather. IF so with what? thanks for the help. Now Im a noob at leather so but just my input. Ive noticed that edge coat is like antique and pretty easily comes off with any thing that will break it up a bit, deglazer/many finishes/. I think that maybe a deglazer would work but I think there may be a chance of leaving a little stain from the dye in the edge coat. Edited February 8, 2009 by MADMAX22 Quote
