Leather Holster class tips and lesson plans

I have been asked to teach a leather holster class and need some information from someone who has taught it before. Where did you start from? Any lesson plans you would like to share, don't worry I will not copy cat you I just am wondering how to progress though a class. Any recommendaitons on good books or powerpoints out there would be helpful. It's going to be a 3 day class for beginners.
