just looking for a place to find a screw type draw retention device, to go behind the trigger guard.

Most of the time it consists of a barbed T-nut, a countersunk washer, a flat head screw, and a short section of rubber hose from the automotive store.

If you're looking for the retention screw, Jeff's post is right on. I've used that method, works perfect.

If you're looking for a hook mechanism to secure the gun in the holster the user presses upon draw (like a Blackhawk Serpa or Galco CarryLok)...good question.
