Members Curbstrap2 Posted June 5, 2009 Members Report Posted June 5, 2009 Not to start a firestorm of contovery, but I was curious as to what products you folks perfer for cleaning and maintenance of saddlery? I know there seems to be a love/hate attitude towards Lexol for example. But I don't know the reason why or what would be best to use or avoid. Thanks! Members wildrose Posted June 6, 2009 Members Report Posted June 6, 2009 When my English saddle had been sitting a while and was looking a little worse for wear, a friend recommended Aussie Wax. I used it and WOW is it great. My mom used it on several of her Western saddles, and she was also pleased. Works nicely on boots too. In fact, I use it alot on most everything I make.
