tat2 Report post Posted June 14, 2009 You looking at a cast iron welting hand crank tool. Used for making impression around and shoes. This is a older Vintage machine which is exceptional condition. American S. N. & T. Co. St. Louis. With 2 toothed wheels 3/8” wide, stamped 16 and 24, for crimping / beading edge of leather. 3” dia wheel. Everything turns / works fine. Made of cast iron and steel (with wood handle), there is no damage anywhere (no cracks, chips, breaks or repairs), there is some wear to original paint and just a bit of surface rust. A well made leather working tool. Payment in cash or through Paypal. This item is being sold in in "As is condition."
