Bob...

Did you ask him about his comments to Ken? I must say that he wasn't all that customer friendly in his response to Ken's complaint.

:red_bandana::red_bandana::red_bandana:

I had a call from Todd today and he offered to refund my money on both stamps if I would return them. I was not in the least impressed with his attitude. I will return the stamps to him, and I do not beleive I was wrong to post the information I did on the web site. I expected standard knurling on the handles and I imagine there are people out there that might like the knurling on the smaller stamp I recieved. I posted here on this site after I had contacted Todd and it was his attitued that drove my decision to post what I did. I will give the difference and go with Infinity because I feel they not only did a better job, were more professional and had a much better customer relations department.

I don't need any more of Mr. Todds attitude or insults.

On a positive note, Received my New Cobra Class 4 stitcher today. Everything is exactly as Steve said it would be. The third deal I have done with the gentleman in the past few years. Always a gentleman and goes the extra mile for his customers.

I got the new business cards for my new location a couple of days ago. Studio 3, run by a young lady by the name of Deanna Keller in Rapid City, SD. The third set of cards she has done for me. SUPER, SUPER SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICES AND FANTASTIC WORK.

I strive to give my customers excellent quality work, good service and RESPECT!! I hope to get good service from my suppliers and I pray I earn my customers Respect and loyalty.

Ken

Just a note , I have two Infinity stamps, the handles are square and are not knurled, They work great and do what they intended to do. A firm grip on the stamp handle, and hard smack with a heavy mallet and your good.
