i wet it in the sink with warm water and went to it. i laid it over the pad and started stapling and smoothed it a bit with my hands as i went. then smoothed it some more once it was all stapled down

What OZ is that veg tan you used?

it's been that way since sunday when my host decided it was time to migrate my acount to a new server. i'm beyond fed up right now :ranting2: :comppunch: :smashcomp: :killcomp:

mine went down sunday too... but was back up by noon on monday....

just heard my host is having problems with the new hardware and it may take two weeks+ to get everything straightened out

Well done, beez. I like the simplicity of the design, the dye-job, and especially the lacing...wish I could do near as well. I've got a set just like that I wanna do for my Springer before the snow melts. I remember you and David (?) did tutorials a while back so I'll see if they're still around. Thanks for convincing me its time to get off my butt and just do it.

i think the tutorials are gone due to the problem with the old host.

i really don't like plains seats so, i figured i'ed do the round braid lace job on it.

i enjoy tooling and not so much any of the rest of it.

Beezachopper, That is a beautiful job on that seat and a great job on lacing. Keep it up.

What kind of finish did you use on it in case it rains, you don't want it to have the dye run.
