So a person I consider a friend by the name of JBird brought an idea up that I had been quietly collecting patterns for over the course of several months. You see Jbird wanted to build a "miniature" or half size saddle. In gathering all of the information that I had collected has spark interested in this project again for me. So back to the research stage again for me to see if I really want to dive into making.

Off to Google to see what they could reveal for me regarding to saddles. During my researching I found a picture of this museum piece that is mucho years old that is totally made out of "bone!" After studying it for a moment, two words immediately came to mind. Wow and ouch!

What do you guys (& ladies) think?
