pirogue Report post Posted September 28, 2009 I have looked back at a lot of old posts on cleaning and restoring old saddles, but did'nt see any advice for removing the mold/mildew smell in the woolskin on the saddle underside. Saddlebag Report post Posted September 30, 2009 I've sprayed 50-50 vinegar water on the wool and rubbed it in with my hands and let dry. Sometimes a second application is necessary.
