Yard sale saddle

I forund this at a yard sale yesterday and just couldn't pass on it for the price. The tree is solid and the rawhide looks to be in ok shape in the spots that I can see it. Figured it would be good for practice. I was thinking about building it more for show due to it's age. I don't think it will fit a modern horse.
