First Tooled Seat

Recommended Posts

My first seat project. Currently working on my second one since I have a better idea of what I am doing, thank you to all who gave me direction. Lacing is not final but figured I would post it anyway....

Very good for your first seat. thumbsup.gif Can't wait to see the finisched project. If the lace isn't finish I hope your going for a bolder lace job. Lighten.gif

thank you. Yeah, I just did a simple single loop to get an idea of how it would look put together. I will do tighter lacing perhaps a Mexican Braid for the final. This is a pan I am going to do several tooled projects on, at least until I can get my hands on another pan.

Very sweet for your first carved seat! Not to shabby at all. :red_bandana:

The tooling looks great! I like the two tone color scheme. A Two Tone Mexican Basket weave would look great! It would tie the top and bottom leather colors together!

Very nice for your first seat!

My first seat project.

Wow! Nice first seat. I'm digging on the skull and the intricacy of your lettering. Great work!
