Though I make sheaths, I cant help you on this because I live in the Philippines! ) ,and I myself have been looking for a source for the "pull the dot" type as mentioned by Sam. Sam's advice will suffice, and better still if someone adds more info to your query. I dont think these things are difficult or rare to find from your part of the globe.
