dirtclod Posted January 1, 2010 Report Posted January 1, 2010 Check at a lumber yard or hardware store if they don't have them they can get them. Ring shank nails are over kill and hard to get out without breaking them or tearing something up. I use #3 box nails when i need to put skirts and fork covers back on. Quote
Members Vaquero Posted January 7, 2010 Members Report Posted January 7, 2010 Try googling Professional Hardware. They carry stainless ring shank nails in the small sizes. Quote
Members horsewreck Posted May 14, 2010 Members Report Posted May 14, 2010 Instead of stainless ring shank nails use galvanized nails, ring shanks tear up to much when they have to be removed during repairs. If your town has a old style hardware store they might have some of the old hot dip type galv. nails in @ a 3d. I got a box at a farm sale for a song. Blue tacks should at most lumber yards.....
