Wanted: Custom Stamp

I'm looking to have a custom crafttool stamp made.

It would be the skull and sword image found here, a quote on various sized would be great.

Looking for smaller though, an example would be around the size of the Tandy skull/xbones crafttool stamps, perhaps a touch bigger.
