Very nicely done Mike. How do you keep your thread so white? Mine usually gets a little dingy after being run through the leather so many times.

I just waited a few days after dying to make sure the dye in the holes were dry..

I'd say you have a bright future ahead of you in the sheathmaking business! Really nice work... Actually, fantastic work for a first sheath.
