Would anyone be willing to suggest a repair shop for my Pfaff 545 in Los Angeles. I would love to find somewhere that could run me through some basics on needles and thread as well. I am so self taught it's ridiculous.

The needle system should be 190lr, needle sizes 18 to 23 for 69 -138 thread.
