Hi All

When finishing edges using an motor driven slicker how fast is to fast, are does it mater so long as you work quick enough?

When finishing edges using an motor driven slicker how fast is to fast, are does it mater so long as you work quick enough?

THIS I DO KNOW....I have a small Drill Press from Harbor Freight and the Belt drive is on the Middle Position.

so this works for me.

So about 800 rpm or did I go the wrong way on the speed?

I beleive 800-1000 would be right....if it is too fast i caint get a good burnish.
