Members NoahL Posted March 6, 2010 Members Report Posted March 6, 2010 (edited) Hello everyone, I just finished this matching collar and short lead (45" leash) for a lady in my apartment complex who pulled me aside and asked where I bought my dog's collar . It is made of 7-9oz horsehide leather, dyed with Cordovan dye, and made to fit a fluffy golden retriever. Thanks for looking! ~Noah Edited March 6, 2010 by NoahL Quote Website: Wasteland Leatherwork Collaboration Projects: The Wasteland Crow Project
Ambassador abn Posted March 6, 2010 Ambassador Report Posted March 6, 2010 Fantastic work, Noah. You know, I've made lots of belts, but never a collar/leash combo. I'm going to have to try one! (Yours turned out beautifully.) Quote
Members Storm Posted March 6, 2010 Members Report Posted March 6, 2010 Very clean work Noah! Nice stuff! Quote Please keep in mind that unless I ask for anyones critique I do not want nor require same.

Members NoahL Posted March 7, 2010 Author Members Report Posted March 7, 2010 Thanks guys! My next couple projects will be sheaths, so I figured I should post something up to break the monotony, and this came along at a good time. Hopefully the customer likes it, too! ~Noah Quote Website: Wasteland Leatherwork Collaboration Projects: The Wasteland Crow Project
Members DigiTanha Posted March 30, 2010 Members Report Posted March 30, 2010 Looks Great. What did you use for rivets? Quote
dirtclod Posted March 30, 2010 Report Posted March 30, 2010 Nice job, and you even put a key ring on for the dog :-). If you used Chicago screws i would put some fingernail polish on the threads if you didn't to keep them from coming apart. Quote I'm old enough to know that i don't know everything.
