Seems like it might work good for a halter you were going to use to ride in, would give you kind of a heel knot. So how much more rope do you need to make a halter using that knot? I don't have horses and have no idea about horse gear and how it all works to be honest. I saw that knot and just had to try it out to see how it looked.
