Shoe Buckles

I need shoe buckles similar to the one attached.

I think these are mostly used for shoes as a strap.

They have them at Tandy Leather, I have the Elite membership and the price is $0.49 cents and still expensive considering I need at least 1,000.

I need 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1" sizes

Looks like an English bridle buckle with a roller to me, that might help you widen your search. At a thousand, you may be able to find someone to make them for you out of zinc to keep the price down.
