Tooling Pattern

This is a pic of one of my saddles. And I was wondering if anyone knew what the tooling design would be called? Im thinking its Celeste?? Also what sort of tools will I need to make this design?

It is sheridan style, flowers with tight circles and vine work. It is backgrounded with a checkered back ground tool , they used bevelers, thumbprints, wrigglers ect.
