Members Deanimator Posted August 8, 2010 Members Report Posted August 8, 2010 Finished sewing and molding this afternoon. Actually finished my first roll of thread making this one. It was TIGHT before I wet molded it, and that was with a Norinco with small sights! After the molding, my ball gun with Bomar sights fit perfectly. I'll let it dry a day or two and then dye it. The Eco Flo glue I used on the reinforcement ran a little. I wiped it up right away, but where it ran appears to repel water. I figure that'll affect the dye. Any suggestions? Thanks. dirtclod Posted August 9, 2010 Report Posted August 9, 2010 You might be able to get the glue off with a eraser. I have a couple of times. Quote I'm old enough to know that i don't know everything.

I'll give that a try before I resort to something like emery paper. Thanks. Quote "When I was young, I looked like Al Capone but I lacked his compassion." - Oscar Levant.

I use an eraser remove rubber cement, one of the thick white ones, or an eraser pen with a long refillable eraser in it. Edited August 9, 2010 by steelhawk Quote www.bearriverholsters.com
