Saddle Carving

Hi,

I am looking for a skilled leather worker to carve a hunt scene (like this http://www.darvillsrareprints.com/Vintage%20calendar%20poster%20fox%20hunting.htm) into an old english saddle. The saddle was used but is now being retired as a decoration and i would love all the usable surface area possible to be covered with imagery.
