joker Report post Posted September 8, 2010 Thanks for the kutos guys! Tooling the letters are kinda a pain to do but I just us a wide bevel on the long runs and then the one that is about 3/16" wide. If it gets some tool marks I will use a molding spoon to smooth it out. As far as the edges go I just wet them down and give the edges a real good smoothing and then after I get them dyed I used the edge dressing from Tandy and just rub the daylights out of it.
