skyout Report post Posted September 25, 2010 (edited) Thanks Tracy, Here are the Grid Maker links to the 2 pass + the 3 pass Gaucho Fan Knots. This is the 9x8 2 pass Gaucho knot, which is enlarged from a 5x4 2 pass Gaucho knot (Hall calls this 5x4 Gaucho a very small Spanish Ring knot). I made this grid after Brian showed us the 3 pass below. 2 pass Gaucho Fan Knot Brian, aka: knothead, showed us this grid over on KHWW.net. Brian's thread on the Grid Maker 3 pass Gaucho Fan Knot Sorry, hope I'm not hijacking the thread too much. See if these look better (the bights can be adjusted following the common divisor rule to make a larger knot). skyout Report post Posted September 27, 2010 (edited) OK, after looking closer at the half cycle run lists, the 3 section fan or boton oriental in Grant's book only has 8 bights while the link in the previous post has 11 bights for a larger knot. So here's the grid for the 25part x 8bight 3 section fan or boton oriental. http://tiny.cc/je6im I've also included the two grids into the Grid Catalog at KHWW. Thanks again so much Tracy and I can't wait to see your bracelets. Rick skyout Edited September 27, 2010 by skyout
