Sorry but this book still has an active copyright I really don't think you should be posting this sort of stuff here, Vandy the book is available legally at these places http://www.ramsskullpress.com/index.html , http://www.qbd.com.au/ and http://greenhalgh.cart.net.au/cat/0.html It also pops up quite a bit on ebay in Australia.
