Members redwinger Posted April 30, 2008 Members Report Posted April 30, 2008 (edited) Just thought I'd share some of my work. the motorcycle seat is on my own bike, and I sewed it on a Consew Model 226...the maul is an idea I came up with after seeing one I couldn't get, so I had to see if I could make one...Delrin head with a steel slug for weight and a stacked leather handle Edited April 30, 2008 by Johanna merged posts Quote
Members jammon Posted April 30, 2008 Members Report Posted April 30, 2008 (edited) Nice work! Do you get much bounce from the delrin head on the maul? Edited April 30, 2008 by jammon Quote
Members redwinger Posted April 30, 2008 Author Members Report Posted April 30, 2008 Nice work! Do you get much bounce from the delrin head on the maul? Thanks for the comment...Not much bounce at all...the steel weight keeps that from happening I think. Quote
badLoveLeather Posted April 30, 2008 Report Posted April 30, 2008 I like your maul. How much did it cost to produce? Quote
Members redwinger Posted April 30, 2008 Author Members Report Posted April 30, 2008 I like your maul. How much did it cost to produce? Cost only a few bucks to make...most of the material I had (delrin, leather, etc.) was leftover scraps and such...I think I have a total of about $10.00 in materials and a few hours labor. Quote
