Drawstring Purse Pattern

I am trying to find out if anyone has a pattern for a drawstring purse.....not a stirrup purse. I know it has a round bottom and suede is sewn to the bottom. Eyelet holes around top with round lace drawstring.....I can't seem to fnd one anywhere.....

Your help is appreciated.

Also, I have a customer that would like a purse made from Zebra but without hair-------can't seem to find any leather like that except the 100% PVC type....which I would have to glue to the regular leather.....any thoughts?

How big do you want it? I made something like this a couple weeks ago for a friend's RenFest costume. I'll try to post some pics this evening.

Well I tell ya...they didn't specify. Just asked me to see if I could make one for them. If you could post a pic and then I can tell you ...or if you have a pattern that you could send me, I can scale it either larger or smaller.

Is this what you had in mind? Sorry about the crappy pics - my phone doesn't have a very good camera.

The pattern is mirrored (for symmetry) for each of the 4 panels. Since it was a prototype, I was to lazy to make a full pattern.

I cant upload it , but I have a spreadsheet I made for what I have seen refered (at least commercially) as a bucket bag or purse. you can change it to add a foldover for top edge, or just ad something to cover it if you wish. it will give you the diminsions you need for whatever size you want to make it.
