How do i make something like this?! How do you actually braid it?

It looks like a 4 strand round braid to me which isn't hard to do. You might check out the book Leather Braiding, it covers how to do this and tons of other braids in depth. Wish I could be of more help. If I remember right the 4 strand round braid is just a simple over under braid with no special pattern, just over one under one over one under one.

Shes left handed so it backwards for me. But if your left handed it will right for you. If your right handed work from the right instead of the left like she is doing.
