Deb59 Report post Posted December 27, 2010 I am looking for 1/8" Stainless Steel Lacing to use in making rolled rope edge belts. The only stainless steel lacing I can find is the 3/16" from Weavers. I made a belt for my Son in Law for Christmas, due to the thickness of the belt, It needed to be about 3 inches longer, so I am going to make him another. The lace I used was 1/8" lacing that I got from a fellow leatherworker who had it on his shelf for years. (it was the last of his supply). He had gotten it from Tandy a number of years ago. There was a Tandy shop in Mesquite Tx that I purchased some of the 3/16" Lacing about a year ago. I have no problem in finding that width, but could sure use some help in finding the 1/8".
