Bend Leather On Sole

I try many time bend leather on sole but i did not get any good result can anybody please tell me how cover leather on sole

plz help me how cover and bend leater

Usually when you need to bend leather you will have to cut V shapes out of the leather on the bottom to remove the slack when you make a fold.

Then you would cover that leather with the sole.

I'm not a shoe maker but that's how I've seen it done.
