I am new to leatherworking, and I would like to remove the finish from a knife

sheath that I have made. If this is in the wrong section please place it in the

right place.

This sheath is a hard use item. It is worn under a shirt or jacket, it may get

wet at times.

I used eco-flo bison dye and super shene.

What would be the best dye and finish for this item?

Super shene should be fine, but if you want to remove it, use deglazer. However deglazer is some nasty stuff, so take precautions. Neatlac is another topcoat that's pretty durable.

Thank You for the reply. I will look into getting some deglazer and check the hazards before using it.
