Sandwich a "t nut" between the two layers of leather, then screw the male part of the snap into the t-nut along with the bottom layer of strap. Follow? Rayban Report post Posted March 7, 2011 Here ya go: T-nuts, size 6-32 x 1/4" Here it is poking through the front layer of holster: Insert Screw (6-32 x 3/8") through male of snap, and through btm layer of strap: Screw into t-nut, finish off strap: Hope this is clear..... Shooter McGavin Report post Posted March 7, 2011 Thats pretty much what I do as well, except I use the T-nuts with the teeth, and I put in a small leather "washer" between the holster and the straps, to compensate for the thickness of the pants. woodandsteel Report post Posted March 8, 2011 That's the way I've been doing it, too. I figured that attachment method out on my own, so I'm glad to see I'm doing it right!
