Billy P Posted April 3, 2011 Report Posted April 3, 2011 I bought a couple of bevelers off e-bay. I got them last Thursday, but haven't had the time to try them yet. The way they were described I thought they were some of the old Hidecrafter Pro-Line tools. They were new and fairly resonable, so I got them. I don't know anything about the U.S. brand of tools, but they have a lot biggers shaft, near the head than a conparable Crafttool. If you know about these tools I would appreciate any info on them. Also what companies sell them. Thanks in Advance, Billy P Quote Billy P SideLine Leather Co. Leatherworker.net/Forum
Members St8LineGunsmith Posted October 9, 2012 Members Report Posted October 9, 2012 I bought a seeder, Pear shader, Beveler,, backgrounder, veiner, camoflauge and a swivel knife for 25 bucks the tools look to be pretty good quality but like you I have not used the tools yet. the swivel knife barrel is smaller than what I am accustomed to but feels pretty good in my hand however it is a cheap non adjustable knife that I will be replacing ASAP I just bought it because I needed one to get started back carving and am in a pinch but it should suffice until I can afford a tangle boss. so many tools so little money Quote No Matter Where Ya Go There Ya Are.
