Where To Find Brass Loop Fasteners (Security Bags Style)?

Typical french backpacks use brass loops reinforced brass eyelet in place of buckles. A lot of vintage banking/security bags use the same system. Where do I find the brass loops and brass eyelets to reinforce the hole punched out of the leather?
