Just finished this double thick belt. Hand stitched in mahogany. Not something I'd do again anytime soon.

As always, my hat is off to anyone that takes on hand-stitching a belt. I've done it, but I don't want to do it again!

Best regards.

I hand stitched holsters for a year and managed to avoid stitching a belt until I got a machine.

By doing this you've either proven you are mentally unstable, or you have the patience of a Shaolin Monk.

Nice belt. I've done it, and will probably do it again. However, I do not encourage a customer to order a belt from me. I also find out how far it is around the customer before quoting a price. A 30" belt isn't near the pain a 48" is.

Good looking belt. Took me longer than the others to come to my senses. Did 5 belts (two childres belts and 3 adult belts measuring between 46" and 56" - the childrens belts and two of the adult belts were stitched with a single length of thread  ) by hand. After the last, I decided I needed a sewing machine. Now hand stitching a belt is a significant up-charge.
