I've used it very little and it's in like-new condition. Its an Artisan NP-4H, which you can see here : http://www.artisansew.com/cutting.html. It's comes (bolted) with generously sized table and skiving radius accessories and manual. You can scroll down the page a bit to see the "Toro 1020" attached to a similar table. I live in San Francisco and would prefer a local sale, but shipping is an option at $150-$200 - I'd get you an exact quote based on your location. $700 + shipping.
