Members stelhrse Posted September 12, 2011 Members Report Posted September 12, 2011 Hi All, I have finished painting the piece I have been working on. In talking to the folks at the local Tandy store, they said my next step would be to spray it with super sheene and then apply a paste conditioner they sell called Mr. ?. It comes in a can similar to any other paste would. I'm sorry I don't recall the name right now. IAnyway, I'm a bit confused. If the super sheene seals the leather, how can any paste conditioner be absorbed into the leather? Do they have these steps backwards? Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Members marine mp Posted September 13, 2011 Members Report Posted September 13, 2011 Super sheen is a sealer, I thot. If you use that first, I don't see a need for a conditioner. I believe the modus-operendi is bas-ackwards!!! Semper-fi Mike Quote
