GrahamCracker Report post Posted September 24, 2011 I've got a 'like new' Adler 867 sewing machine for sale. I purchased it from Weaver Leather and it is in excellent condition with only a few hours use. They sell the same machine today for $3650. It has an electric motor and stand (table). I am asking $2500. Save over $1000! This machine is great for sewing chaps, belts, nylon, pet products, hand bags, journals, cases and more. The bobbin has 70% more holding capacity than comparable machine's bobbins. The height of the presser foot stroke is easily adjustable by turning a knob. One oil hole for adding oil-and it oils the entire machine. The bobbin loads from the top and has a built in bobbin winder. Reverse stitch. Easy stitch length adjustment. Runs at speeds from 200 to 120 RPM. 200-800 stitches per minute. I have the manual and several spools (different colors) of size 207 and 69 nylon thread (this machine sews several sizes equally well) and Schmetz needles. Please pass the word for someone looking for one of the best machines around. Machine is in Montana. I really appreciate it. Thank you, Peter
