Members jvdborre Posted December 12, 2011 Members Report Posted December 12, 2011 Hello fellow leatherworkers, I'm recently gaining interest in making watch straps, exotic leathers in particular. However, I'm doubting about the kind of leather to use as lining. Anyone has experience in making these and want to share some views? many thanks Joris Quote
Members Blazin Posted December 19, 2011 Members Report Posted December 19, 2011 (edited) I would think you could use some upholstery type leather. I usually go to the scrap bin at Tandy for this type of item. Beware however although it says 5-7 dollars a pound it adds up quickly. For that matter you could probably find a nice piece fairly cheap on ebay. Edited December 19, 2011 by Blazin Quote
