Only suggestions I would offer is cover the end of the barrel next time to protect it and the crown and limit the possibility of the front sight snagging and PLEASE cover the trigger. It may be a double-action revolver, but you are not going to notice even a 12lb pull if it gets snagged on something while sitting/falling down or walking through the woods and catching a branch.
